On the forums of a miniatures game I play, the topic lately has been about how terrible their horses have looked recently...a specific model especially. Of course 99% of the player base have never seen a horse, so they are calling shenanigans, and telling me that the horse is fine, nothing wrong...
So...I've decided to ask for help from folks more knowledgeable than I with help redlining, and generally speaking taking this image apart...

Guys! I'm looking to commission a couple people, but I don't know who would be able to draw what I'm looking for.
So, can anyone out there help me?
I'm looking for an artist/artists who can draw any of the following:
-Humanoid people types, like orcs, elves, humans, and/or furries
-Someone who can draw cityscapes/cities/buildings
-Someone who knows how to draw maps and make them look decent

Anyone out there know any artists who can do these things, that is available for commission right now?

So, I'm thinking, I got this great button maker for Christmas, and I'd really like to do some fun and creative projects with it....(I also really want to get one to make smaller buttons). And it hits me while reading LJ, that someone might want a smaller "button badge."
This way you could have some of the coolness of a conbadge, but take it anywhere, messenger bags, jackets, lanyard, anything!

So, I'm offering button badges here first, to see what people think of them.

My buttons are 2 inches accross, and heavy duty.
Character drawn would be a headshot/bust, with name included if you'd like.

With the awkward timing of rent, bills and a tire on my car that needs to be fixed...not to mention groceries...I've ran out of money for Christmas shopping.... Luckily I don't have much left to do, but I have enough that I'm starting to get a little worried/bummed.
So to try and raise a little money to get the last of my gifts, I'm opening up commissions for a short time. These are all special priced for the holiday and will be finished asap.
